We are a friendly and enthusiastic group of around 95 members
of all ages from 18 to 80+.

We meet at Wesley Hall, Feilden Street
in the centre of Blackburn
(opposite the Waves car park.)

We rehearse from 7:00 to 9:30 pm on a Thursday evening.
There are also extra monthly practices on the first Wednesday of the month.

Under the enthusiastic direction of our musical director, Mr Jeff Borradaile,
we sing a range of songs in different traditions
including : gospel , popular and religious.

It is not necessary to know how to read music
(although it is very useful) and we have no auditions.
We sing A Capella (with no accompanient)
and enjoy performing whenever we can.

We have sung in many different places including:

Darwen Music Live in the Darwen Library Theatre.
The Big Sing at King George's Hall.
Christies Hospital
Manchester Amateur Choral Competition at the Royal Northern College of Music
Burnley Music Festival.
The Ataturk Cultural Centre, Nicosia, Northern Cyprus, for the Help Those With Cancer Association.
Amnesty International Stall in Blackburn Market.
